Seat Inserts
Our injection-molded seat backs and base inserts are extremely durable. Made of high-density polyethylene plastic (HDPE), they hold screws and staples firmly, but will not split or rot like plywood. Backs and bases are offered in several styles and sizes. T-nut patterns for hinges, armrests and base mounts can easily be customized to match your hardware.

Hatches
Available in several sizes and styles, our sturdy, attractively styled hatches feature anodized aluminum trim and hinge hardware, with your choice of finger hole, twist latch or key lock. The carpet lid design features a smooth, recessed surface that allows you to glue on your choice of color-coordinated carpeting. Lids can be paired with blow-molded bin inserts large enough to hold two 10.75"L x 7”W x 1.5"H tackle boxes.

Half-Inch Assembly Board
Easy to cut to any size and shape, our exclusive half-inch thick Assembly Board is the perfect replacement for plywood. Injection-molded of High Density Polyethylene, with a blowing agent for added strength, it’s also a great alternative to extruded plastic sheet, offering the same strength at a lower cost. Available in 32" x 15.5" x .5" boards.
